Good morning xxx,i am going to give u a breakdown of the entire process.Please do read this email thoroughly.

You have been invited to take part in planing and organizing a commercial for a vodka brand(Biala Dama) that will be held on the weekend of  05-19-2016 to 05-23-2016 at Oasis Ridge Las Vegas, NV. All expenses (Flight, accommodation and feeding) will be covered by the company.There will be exterior scenes on location

Pay/Job duties:You will be paid $350/day which will amount to $1400 for the 4 days. Your duties as an assistant  will include the following but are not limited;

-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

-Getting releases signed, runs, craft service,productions needs keeping the set clean and organized as well being of general assistance to all on set needs.

-Assistant will be responsible for typing,editing and sharing of scripts

-Miscellaneous duties as required

Great Pyramid Productions, is searching for passionate and skilled Production assistant. Craigslist sent us your resume as an ideal candidate that is skilled, motivated,and energetic. Great Pyramid Productions will be shooting a TV Commercial this November for our client KFC ( Kentucky Fried Chicken ) to promote her services in the food market. The Production assistant will work directly with the production crew throughout the production. This is a highly professional, creative, and collaborative project and this position could lead to long-term opportunity with our production agency.

PA Responsibilities:

- assisting with answering telephones, - filing paperwork and data entry, - arranging lunches, dinners, and transportation reservations, - photocopying, general office administration, and distributing production paperwork, - acting as a courier, - helping to keep the set clean and tidy and distributing call sheets, - health and safety notices, and other paperwork, - must be punctual and enthusiastic, and understand the importance of taking detailed notes and recording expenditure accurately, - should be level headed, and able to work calmly and effectively under pressure, - must be able to contribute to good working relationships, and to create a positive atmosphere on the production, - should have good secretarial skills, and be computer literate in standard word processor, spreadsheet and email programs, - organizing accommodation for cast and crew.

Pay:

You will be paid $300/day which will amount to $900 for the 3 days.

Note: The production will be done in Memphis, TN to promote more awareness for our short film during the weekend of 11-04-2016 to 11-06-2016 at SpringHill Suites Memphis Downtown: 85 West Court Avenue, Memphis, TN 38103. Both travel/hotel expenses will be covered by the company.
