Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Handle heavy phones, manage calendars, schedule meetings and travel, prepare expense reports, and manage office tasks.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact with clients, agents, and executives, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Project Assistance: Assist with special projects, conduct research, and compile information as needed. Provide script coverage and submit on breakdowns.
- Data Management: Maintain and update grids of data, track client progress, and ensure meticulous follow-up.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about current events in the entertainment industry, particularly in talent representation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 months of professional administrative experience, preferably within an agency, studio, or talent management setting.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of confidentiality.
- Education: A BA/BS from an accredited University or College is preferred but not required.
Necessary Skills:
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and handle competing priorities.

- Database Management: Ability to use client management databases, such as InEntertainment or similar systems, to update and track client information.
- Expense Reporting Tools: Familiarity with tools like Concur or similar platforms for managing and submitting expense reports.
Salary Guidelines:
Compensation: The base hourly rate for this position typically ranges from $18.00 to $23.00, depending on experience and location.
