Common issues we see with resumes

What are some of the most common resume mistakes?

One common mistake we see with entry-level resumes is creating a resume that is more than one page. Keep your resume to one page or less.
To do this, eliminate irrelevant bullet points that do not address the employer’s specific needs outlined in their job posting.
From a stylized standpoint, we would recommend that you keep it simple. Single-column format with a standard font. Avoid the 2-column format or highly stylized resumes with photos and non-standard fonts. Employers don’t like reading them, and applicant tracking systems can’t read them either.
