California
- Statewide Minimum Wage: $16.50 per hour for all employers, regardless of size.
- Los Angeles: $16.78 per hour.
- Santa Monica: $16.90 per hour.
- County of Los Angeles (Unincorporated Areas): $16.90 per hour.
- San Francisco: $18.67 per hour.
- West Hollywood: $19.65 per hour.
New York
- New York City: $16.50 per hour.
- Long Island & Westchester County: $16.50 per hour.
- Remainder of New York State: $15.50 per hour.
